Combining a deep understanding of the sector with a pragmatic, results-oriented technological vision, he develops concrete solutions that drive broker performance and growth.

 With over 20 years of experience in organizational communication, change management, and skills development—including 11 years in the insurance industry—Chantale partners with organizations to navigate the human side of technological change.
